RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, candles and home fragrance that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.

We take great pride in producing quality products and inspect all items before they are shipped. We do, however, understand that issues may arise with products after they are shipped. For that reason, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email a Return Request to support@aromablaque.com with a detailed description and photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of your item(s) being delivered.
2. Once your return is approved, we will send your Return Authorization with return instructions and you will be required to return your item(s) within 14 days.
3. Once we receive the returned item(s), a refund will be issued.

*** Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble and paper that it was packed in or something similar. 
*** Candles that have been burned, items that have been used, and any products that are not in their original packaging will not be "return approved" or refunded.

REFUNDS

Refunds are required to return to the original method of payment. Once the refund has been issued, the length of time for funds availability is dependent on your banking institution.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Lost/stolen packages cannot be refunded or reshipped. See Shipping for more information on how to file a claim.
